The Russian Federation Air Force (Военно-Воздушные Силы, ВВС) is the second most important branch of Russian Federation Armed Forces, responsible for operating a large part of Russia's combined air fleet during World War III. While not as technologically advanced as its American or European counterparts, it is nonetheless a highly capable military force. In EndWar, the Russian Air Force's primary purpose is to support the Spetsnaz Guard Brigades by performing air strikes on targets. The primary striking aircraft appears to the Su-38 Slamhound, a tough ground attack aircraft. Other known Russian aircraft include the Su-98, a design considered highly advanced by the United States.
Air strikes, at least with regards to the SGB, are handled by Strike Command.
