Tu-102

Identical to the Tu-102, at least from this angle

Designated the Super-Cossack, it's essentially an An-225 Mriya with the capability to land on unprepared airfields. Other changes include a twin vertical-stabilizer tail, more powerful engines and improved flight control avionics.

The Imperium operated 20 of these heavy transports in 2033.

Loadout[]

The An-102 has a massive cargo bay, able to lift four T-120 MBTs single-file, or 240 tons of palletised cargo to a maximum distance of 3000 kilometers. If loaded with passenger seats, the An-102 can carry 1000 soldiers and their equipment- two entire battalions.

Upgrades[]

None.

Armor[]

The An-102 has no armor plating to speak of, but is built to last. Chaff and flares are standard, as well as a basic DRFM jammer.

Powerplant[]

The An-102 uses four Lotarev D-21T triple-shaft high-bypass turbofan engines, each pushing out a massive 82,000lb of thrust. This provides the An-102 wit the capability to lift a maximum of 675,000 kilograms of material into the air, and if operating with no cargo, can fly 17,000 kilometers without stopping.
